After payment your coordinator emails you a secure checklist for sending your records. Fully refundable if we can't complete the coordination.

This is a logistics and language-access service: we translate, transfer, and schedule. We do not read, interpret, or act on the clinical content of your records — all medical review is done by the licensed clinicians treating you.
